Anna Sosińska joined Diaverum in March 2021.
She is currently responsible for operations, focusing on the efficient functioning of the centers under her supervision, operational stability, and strong collaboration between teams. In her work, she leverages her experience in process optimization and change management.
She has nearly 20 years of experience in international organizations across the technology, manufacturing, and HR consulting sectors. Her background includes building teams and organizational structures, as well as delivering greenfield and M&A projects for companies such as Prinzhorn Group, Thales, and USG People.
She holds degrees in Sociology and Management and has also completed a Canadian Executive MBA program.
