Anna Przetacznik Sawka joined Diaverum as HR Director in May 2026.
She has over 20 years of experience in HR, gained in international organizations across the financial, life sciences, technology, FMCG, and services sectors.
She specializes in building HR strategies, designing HR processes and policies, and leading organizational transformations in distributed structures.
Throughout her career, she has held HR Director roles, among others at ALAB Laboratoria and Synevo, and has also worked for Roche Diagnostics, Business Link, AXA Poland, and Medicover.
She holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Management at University of Warsaw and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
