Elżbieta Ostańska assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer in 2025. She is responsible for financial management, the execution of the financial strategy, and the development of processes and tools supporting the company’s operations.
Elżbieta Ostańska has been with Diaverum since 2007. She began her career with the company at the dialysis clinic in Lublin, where she was responsible for administrative activities and settlements with the National Health Fund.
In 2011, she joined the finance department. In the following years, she took on increasing responsibilities, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting and planning, as well as cooperation with auditors. She has also been actively involved in developing financial processes and implementing solutions that support the efficient functioning of the organization.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed a postgraduate program “Chief Financial Officer” at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
