Justyna Samulska-Żach has been with Diaverum Poland since 2005.
She holds a degree in sociology with a specialisation in human resources management, as well as qualifications in finance and accounting from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.
She began her professional career at the company in the finance department and subsequently spent many years overseeing the planning and implementation of procurement processes, ensuring the smooth operation of dialysis centres and continuity of supplies. She has been involved in negotiations with contractors, budget planning and management, and projects focused on process optimisation and enhancing operational effectiveness across facilities.
Currently, as Area Manager, she is responsible for developing and supporting teams, improving operational performance, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Thanks to her extensive experience and comprehensive understanding of the organisation, she effectively supports the development of modern and efficient solutions in nephrology care, contributing to the smooth functioning of clinics and the high quality of services provided.
